Connie is a highly sought after public speaker with a TEDx Talk titled, “Lonely AF: Lonely About Failure”, author of Branding Without A Brand, podcast host of Humanizing Brands, and founder of The Chi Group, an award-winning marketing and branding agency humanizing brands and producer of a new docu-series, The Social Movement. Connie’s certified in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Diamond Grading and Event Planning.

Connie has over 15 years of combined corporate experience in marketing, sales and branding working alongside global brands such as Neilsen, 99 Ranch, Lord & Taylor, Reebok, Van Cleef & Arpels, and many more. 

She also sits on the board of directors for two non-profit organizations, The Garrison Redd Project which is on a mission to disabling limitations by connecting the disabled community to opportunities in the workforce and Jenzemi, a fashion blog focusing on everyday people founded by two teen entrepreneurs. 

In her spare time Connie mentors and coaches teen entrepreneurs through the program WIT “Whatever It Takes” where teen entrepreneurs create social enterprise businesses that solve real life problems in the world.
