She also sits on the board of directors for two non-profit organizations, The Garrison Redd Project which is on a mission to disabling limitations by connecting the disabled community to opportunities in the workforce and Jenzemi, a fashion blog focusing on everyday people founded by two teen entrepreneurs.
In her spare time Connie mentors and coaches teen entrepreneurs through the program WIT “Whatever It Takes” where teen entrepreneurs create social enterprise businesses that solve real life problems in the world.
